The YMCA now offers online fitness videos for all ages, from kids to youth to adults to seniors!

The Body Coach, Joe, will get you moving and motivated every day with others from all over the world.

Mental Health & Mindfulness

Mindful Schools is offering free online mindfulness classes for kids, and Humboldt’s Flurina Niggle is one of the instructors!
